Like A Boss, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing youth and young adults for successful careers, higher education, entrepreneurship, and lifelong independence through workforce development, career exploration, and community partnerships.

We partner with schools, employers, workforce agencies, community organizations, and families to provide innovative programs and supportive services that remove barriers and create real opportunities.

A safe space for students to talk, interview each other, conduct outside interviews, connect, network, and work with industry professionals to explore real-world opportunities.

Music is My Therapy

Using music therapy-informed programming, content creation, and production engineering to inspire creativity, build confidence, and promote emotional well-being.
