Like A Boss, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing youth and young adults for successful careers, higher education, entrepreneurship, and lifelong independence through workforce development, career exploration, and community partnerships.

We equip youth and young adults with the tools, training, and confidence to achieve their goals and build brighter futures. We partner with schools, employers, workforce agencies, community organizations, and families to provide innovative programs and supportive services that remove barriers and create real opportunities.
